Because of COVID-19 CHEER Centers have had to curtail daily activities such as exercise programs, Tai Chi, Yoga, Zumba, Wii™ games, Mah Jong, support groups, craft classes, health seminars, concerts, games, educational and cultural trips, Bingo, etc. All Centers, however, offer opportunities for CHEER members to socialize and exercise their brains and bodies through Virtual Activity Programs that you can access from home using the ZOOM App on their home computers. Participants are asked to check in 10 minutes prior to the start time for each class or program. For more information on the programs or using ZOOM, call the hosting center. Meals on Wheels service is available to eligible homebound adults aged 60 plus throughout Sussex County.
