CHEER Hosts Legislative Breakfast

CHEER hosted its annual State of Sussex Seniors Legislative Breakfast on Tuesday morning to inform local and state dignitaries about the needs of seniors and the services provided by CHEER, plus the needs of CHEER in order to provide those services. Attending were (in no particular order): State Senator Ron Gray; County Council Member Cindy Green; State Representative Ruth Briggs King; County Council Member Mike Vincent; County Council Member Mark Schaeffer; State Representative Russell Huxtable; County Administrator Todd Lawson; Amy Willey, Aide to State Senator Pettyjohn.
