Nursing Oversight

CHEER Home Health services are directed by Registered Nurses and administered by Certified Nursing Assistants. Licensed medical professionals provide care and supervision for you or your loved one. Nursing Care can be provided 24/7 or for a minimum of two hours per week. This service may be combined with other CHEER services.

The Nursing Oversight program is for individuals who need a trained, licensed, medical professional to help develop an appropriate home care plan that is responsive to your needs. It is available on a short-term basis for individuals who have just recently had a medical procedure and need the security of a licensed medical professional until they have fully recovered. It is available for seniors who are struggling with chronic or medical conditions. The Nursing Oversight program can be provided 24/7 or for a minimum of two hours per week. This program may be combined with other services offered by CHEER.
