As a non-profit, our main concern is you. We're driven by a passion for helping people when they need it most. It's a passion our clients experience in every home visit, as CHEER nurses and support staff bring care, compassion, and expertise into your home.

We will customize your care plan to meet your own personal needs, not those an insurance company thinks you need.  And our exceptional staff is well-qualified to handle your care needs.

CHEER Home Health Care services are directed by Registered Nurses and administered by Certified Nursing Assistants. Not every home health agency can make that claim. When the time comes to choose a health care provider, make sure you inquire about the qualifications of the people who will be caring for you or your loved one.

At CHEER, we have a meticulous recruiting and selection process in place to ensure that the Nurses and support staff who are ultimately chosen to be part of our team, meet our high standards of professionalism, quality, and ethics. Below are some of the Home Health Care services we provide.

Registered Nurse Oversight

All potential clients meet with one of our Registered Nurses who conduct a complete home and safety assessment. He or she plays the lead role in developing your individualized care plan (in collaboration with you) and will prepare recommendations on your behalf for additional resources you may require. This often involves advocating on your behalf and communicating your particular needs to appropriate third parties including insurance companies, Medicaid, Meals on wheels, Medical Transportation, Physical or Occupational Therapy, Alzheimer’s, or other specialty services. One of our nurses will be involved in creating a care plan that is right for you and your family and will oversee your care and ongoing needs with you in mind. More

Personal Care

CHEER offers Personal Care assistance to mature adults so they can remain in their own home. Our services assist seniors with daily activities like grooming, bathing, meal preparation, and transportation. More

Housekeeping

For active, mature adults, a little help around the house allows you to spend more time doing the things you love to do. Our housekeeping services make life a little easier and are a lot more affordable than you think. Plus, as your needs change, you’ll have established a relationship with an agency you can trust. Companionship

CHEER offers Companionship Services to mature adults so they can remain in their own home in a comfortable and safe environment. Our Companionship Services assist seniors with daily activities and make life a little easier and pleasant. More
