OUR MISSION

CHEER, is an independent, private non-profit agency serving the needs of mature adults in Sussex County, DE by providing services to promote and maintain the highest quality of life and independence, and to meet the continuing needs of mature adults 50 and over so that they can stay healthy, active and involved in the community from the place they most want to be -- their home.
